The Chef at Vista Restaurant in Portimão, at the Bella Vista Hotel, has been chosen as the best Chef in Portugal. Chef João Oliveira, the culinary mastermind behind Vista, has been recognised as one of the 100 best chefs in the world by The Best Chef organization, and voted as the best chef in Portugal.
